Job Description
As a Turkish Customer Support Service Advisor, you will handle customer queries in Turkish via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with account-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide product and service information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is available both on-site in Athens and remotely within Greece.
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries in Turkish through various channels (phone, email, chat)
Provide accurate product and service information
Identify and resolve issues effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Native-level or C2 Turkish language skills
Good English communication skills (B1/B2)
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
Ability to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
For remote work: Must be based in Greece with a quiet, professional home workspace
