Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules. This fully remote role involves end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering and design to configuration, integration, and go-live support.

 

Key Responsibilities

LMS (Learning Management System)

  • Lead configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors LMS based on client-specific learning and compliance needs.
  • Design and manage LMS functionalities—curricula, items, programs, assignments, scheduled offerings, and user management.
  • Manage content integrations (SCORM, AICC, etc.), learning assessments, and reporting tools.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure seamless integration of LMS with EC, PMGM, and other SuccessFactors modules.

 

PMGM (Performance & Goals Management)

  • Lead implementations of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals modules.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into system design.
  • Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, SMART goals, calibration templates, continuous feedback systems, and 360° review processes.
  • Perform unit testing, integration/UAT support, data migration, and go-live readiness.
  • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting capabilities.
  • Enable integration between PMGM and other modules like LMS, EC, Compensation; support advanced analytics where applicable.

Cross-Module & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Manage integrations and enable end-to-end HR ecosystem coherence between LMS, PMGM, EC, and other modules.
  • Support stakeholder communication, workshops, and change management.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates, and leverage best practices in LMS and PMGM.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.
  • LMS Certification in SuccessFactors LMS.
  • PMGM Certification in Performance & Goals Management.
  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with PMGM implementations.
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations in each area (LMS, PMGM).
  • Strong knowledge of configuration tools (templates, route maps, curricula, etc.) and integration patterns.
