Job Title: Remote Head of Marketing (100% Work From Home) 

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 - 4,000 USD/month, depending on experience via Remote.com

Schedule: Monday - Friday,  9:00am -  6:00pm Eastern Time

 
Job Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Director of Marketing to be the "marketing guru" of our client's team. This role will lead strategy, execution, and innovation across both organic and paid marketing, ensuring we consistently improve our service, performance, and team capabilities. 

 

Responsibilities: 
Organic Growth & Facebook Group Marketing
  • Proven experience managing at least 20+ Facebook accounts, driving engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end Facebook Group marketing, ensuring consistent growth, engagement, and client success.
  • Implement Facebook growth hacks, organic content strategies, and audience-building techniques.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, industry trends, and new organic and paid media marketing tactics. 
  • Oversee content strategy and quality, ensuring all copy and visuals drive maximum impact. Provide regular, high-quality feedback to the copywriting team to continuously refine messaging.
Content & Social Media Strategy 
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize Facebook Groups and other social media platforms.
  • Scale new social media accounts into top-performing, high-engagement channels. Lead and oversee copy and content creation, ensuring it aligns with each client's brand and goals.
  • Assist in monthly reporting, analyzing Facebook group performance, engagement trends, and strategic improvements.
Facebook Ads & Paid Media Support
  • Provide strategic oversight on both our Meta Ads and our Organic ad efforts
  • Work closely with the paid media team to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Offer guidance and insights to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and execution.
  • Assign tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are consistently met.
  • Assist in daily strategic decision-making, ensuring leadership stays ahead of the competition.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and performance improvement.
Service & Performance Optimization
  • Continuously refine internal processes to improve team efficiency and client results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Ensure we deliver A+ service to clients, consistently generating high-quality leads.
  • Maintain company culture and strategic task alignment, ensuring the marketing team operates at peak performance.
 
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:   
  • Proven Marketing Leader: 3+ years in organic marketing & lead generation, with a strong track record of scaling online communities.
  • Expert in Facebook Growth & Engagement: Deep knowledge of Facebook algorithms, engagement tactics, and community building.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You can develop high-level strategies and still execute directly when needed.
  • Growth-Driven & Analytical: Obsessed with performance, testing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
