Remote Full-Time Job for Fresh Grads: Project Manager/Assistant to the CEO/Founder for Environmental Start Up

German CEO & Co-Founder is hiring ambitious, smart, and passionate fresh grads or first jobbers from top-tier universities such as Chulalongkorn or universities abroad to learn from and to work directly under a successful serial entrepreneur.

This position is perfect for anybody who does not want to be restricted by small and narrow job positions, but instead wants to be accountable for various cross-department disciplines to achieve and learn the most.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and working on a huge variety of accountabilities. 

While we don't require existing technical hard skills, we'll be holding you accountable to the highest professional standards. You are expected to become a high-performing professional and need to level up your accountability, critical thinking, communication, learning, and teamwork skills.

This is not possible within a comfortable 9-5 jobs. 10-12 hour work days will be the norm and as the key person in charge for many projects, you will be required to check in on the weekends to troubleshoot or to ensure all of your projects stay on track.

This will give you an important headstart and unrestricted growth in your career. 

Most of the work assignments will center on creating business(es) from scratch: We are a forward-thinking group of startups focused on sustainable living and environmental harmony. Our portfolio includes ventures in bamboo construction, an eco-resort, bamboo harvesting and manufacturing, and furniture production. All our companies are in their startup phase, embodying our commitment to sustainable practices and innovative solutions.

You can work remotely with optional (paid) travel to Koh Phangan and the north of Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with the CEO & Co-Founder to manage various projects across our startups
• Employ effective project management skills to ensure successful project execution
  
• Use excellent communication and negotiation abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders
  
• Demonstrate adept problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find creative solutions
• Learn about and integrate new technologies such as AI into our workflows
