Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Complete understanding of what it means to be print-ready
- 12 column grid system and overall page layout
- Great use of typography
- Catalogs, Brochures, Ads, Labels, Booth Graphics, etc.
- Building and maintaining internal and external websites
- Pixel perfect imagery for standard displays and hi-res displays
- Understanding of mobile-ready / mobile-first design
- Banner packs and ability to make best use of a small pixel dimension
- Landing pages and understanding of lead generating design
- Ability to design and mock-up a full website
- HTML e-mails; responsive coding, testing, and troubleshooting
- Landing pages; responsive coding, testing, and troubleshooting
- CSS
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Review data and make data-driven decisions
- Offer ideas on how to improve lead generation
- Forms
- Lead generation funnel
- Understanding of AB testing
- Understanding of marketing “best practices”

- SEO & SEM (is a plus)

Overall Responsibilities:
- Completely immersed in the Adobe products: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and InDesign
- Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
- Ability to code using front-end development
- Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress etc)
- A creative and analytic mind
- Responsive and modern web techniques
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot etc)
- Mid to senior-level graphic design skills (typography, grid system, branding etc.)

Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience (animal health industry a plus but not mandatory)
- Associate degree or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Go To Webinar a plus but not required
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-moving hands on entrepreneurial environment as a team member, and a desire to grow with the Company
- Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible and contribute to all areas of company and team growth
- Ability to travel as required - up to 25%
