Growth Marketing Associate REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE USA

aytm “Ask Your Target Market” is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is a remote work position. This role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing.

DESCRIPTION

As Growth Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the growth engine that increases brand awareness,  generates  sales-ready leads, and maintains a consistent revenue pipeline for the sales organization.

You will play a critical role both in managing and supporting marketing programs at scale, including email campaigns, social media, content creation, event support, community-building, lead nurturing activities, and ABM initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a revenue-focused hybrid marketer passionate about marketing-sales alignment, has experience in the B2B SaaS space, and loves tackling new and interesting challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the full Growth Marketing team to hit marketing KPIs around MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation and closed-won revenue.
• Build, maintain and report on email nurture campaigns in HubSpot with the goal of turning warm leads into booked sales meetings.
• Supports digital advertising and paid media campaigns
• Coordinates logistics for conferences, digital events, and content production
• Supports the creation and execution of ABM strategies for existing key accounts
• Assists with marketing campaign execution to generate interest from net-new and existing brands
• Supports research, strategy and execution of SEO initiatives
• Maintains the data hygiene of our marketing/sales databases
• Supports the sales team members through the development and management of sales enablement assets / collateral
• Maintains marketing process documentation and asset libraries

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing  experience at a B2B SaaS organization
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in HubSpot’s marketing automation software
• Experience working in the Market Research / Consumer Insights industry a plus
• History of working effectively in remote, fast-paced and high growth  environments
