We’re on the hunt for an Engineering Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about people, product, and quality. You’ll play a key role in leading our engineering team – supporting delivery, driving team growth, and helping us scale with intention.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Engineering Manager, you’ll bring our roadmap to life, while building a high-performing engineering culture that balances pace with stability.
Key areas of ownership:

Team leadership – Coach and support engineers, foster growth, and help the team operate at its best.

Technical guidance – You won’t be writing code day-to-day, but you’ll be expected to bring your technical experience to help guide decisions and build trust within the team.

Sprint management – Keep teams focused and moving, drive clarity in planning, and ensure blockers are addressed quickly.

Process improvement – Continuously improve how we work as a team, from delivery practices to engineering rituals.

Stakeholder alignment – Work closely with product, design and leadership to ensure we’re delivering the right things, the right way.

Cross-team liaison – Help connect the dots between teams, creating alignment and shared understanding across engineering, product and support.
About You:

Experienced Engineering Leader – You’ve led engineering teams before and know how to balance delivery, people leadership, and technical direction in a high-growth environment.

Calm & Organised – You bring clarity to chaos. Whether it’s sprint planning, performance conversations, or helping unblock delivery, you keep the team focused and moving forward.

Collaborative & Cross-functional – You work seamlessly with product, design, and support to ensure alignment, build trust, and deliver outcomes that matter.

Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable working with development teams and understanding the technical aspects of product features, with a keen eye on usability and customer needs.

Excellent communicator: You have experience keeping stakeholders informed and are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.
