- We create a digital twin to visualize the jobsite;
- We run multiple simulations to create the optimal workplan;
- We guide and/or control equipment and resources based on the digital workplan;
- We monitor jobsite progress remotely and digitally;
- We continue to further optimize the workplan based on jobsite progress and remove future issue;
Introduction about the role
You will lead the requirements definition, functional design, and system design for the remote operation solution of construction machinery currently under development.
Position details:
- Defining requirements and designing architecture for remote operation solutions
- Developing remote control systems using video transmission and processing technologies
- Prototyping and validating the above system designs
- Leading agile development as the Product Owner of the development team
- Coordinating and collaborating with external vendors and partner companies
- Planning development, testing, and operations based on the roadmap, and managing schedules
- Designing UX/UI to improve end-user operational efficiency and working closely with designers
Mandatory requirements:
- Understanding of real-time transmission technologies for high-resolution video
- Experience in designing and implementing remote operation systems for automobiles, construction machinery, or robots
- Experience in requirements analysis, system design, and testing

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, sales teams, and end users
- Project management skills and experience in team leadership
- Development experience in the construction machinery or automotive industries
- Experience participating in automation or digital transformation (DX) projects
- Experience in developing object detection, tracking, or obstacle recognition technologies (using OpenCV, TensorFlow, YOLO, etc.)
- Experience in software design and development (Python, C++)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge and development experience in networking and wireless communication technologies
- Experience in developing web applications
- Familiarity with streaming protocols such as RTSP/RTMP, WebRTC
- Ability to create, review, and share technical documentation
