Our client is a premium manufacturer of handcrafted, custom home fixtures. They specialize in offering a wide range of product variations that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design tools. Their mission is to help customers create beautiful, customized focal points for their homes that match their exact vision.

As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a highly capable offshore team member who can support sales and customer success to help them deliver on their promise—without overwhelming their current team.

 

About the Role

 

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends inbound sales, customer support, and outbound follow-up. You’ll be the right-hand to the current U.S.-based sales representative, helping manage volume, increase responsiveness, and drive new revenue. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a senior sales or account management role as the team expands.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

This role is split across three main areas of focus:

1. Post-Sale Customer Support

  • Support the lead U.S.-based sales representative by handling customer follow-up after orders are placed.

  • Respond to common post-sale questions like:

    • “Where is my order?”

    • “When can I expect delivery?”

  • Provide timely, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce workload on the core sales rep.

2. Outbound Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

  • Re-engage leads from a large list of warm, previous inquiries via email, flyers, and outbound calls.

  • Use friendly outreach and product knowledge to spark new interest and close sales.

  • Track follow-up efforts in HubSpot CRM and optimize touchpoints over time.

3. Inbound Sales & Consultation

  • Once trained, take inbound calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and website form.

  • Consult with customers on product styles, finishes, and customization options.

  • Help guide clients through the purchase process—often just a consultative conversation about options before they buy directly online.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (bonus if in home goods, furniture, or high-ticket eCommerce).

  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot CRM or equivalent.

  • Able to learn and communicate the nuances of a technical, custom product.

  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.

  • Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, and proactive in communication.

 

Nice-to-Haves

 

  • Background in interior design, home improvement, or similar industry.

  • Experience working remotely with a small, agile U.S.-based team.

  • Familiarity with order logistics or operations is a plus.
