Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Consultant for our Online Department. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece while providing exceptional service to our Italian-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries related to our online services, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize their experience.

As a Customer Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in customer service and your fluency in Italian to effectively communicate with clients and resolve their issues in a timely manner. We are committed to providing you with the tools and training necessary to excel in this role, enabling you to build strong relationships with our clients and deliver outstanding support in the online space.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various communication channels including email, chat, and social media
  • Assist clients in navigating our online platforms and services, providing guidance and solutions to enhance user experience
  • Document client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in our customer support system
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex client issues and ensure prompt resolution
  • Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement and contribute to service enhancements
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Generate reports and insights based on client feedback and inquiries to assist in strategic initiatives


Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with online platforms and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
