Enterprise Account Director – Service Supply Chain (US Remote)
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to lead and grow key enterprise relationships for a leading service supply chain organization. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring service excellence, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and driving long-term value for both sides.
In short this is a senior-level role for someone who knows how to manage C-level stakeholders without being hand-held. You’ll be the go-to person for a handful of enterprise accounts, keeping them happy, helping them achieve their goals, and making sure they don’t quietly drift off to the competition because no one was paying them enough attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Understand client goals and align services to deliver measurable outcomes
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Lead strategic business reviews and ensure account retention
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and reporting for each account
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
About You:
- 8+ years in strategic account management or B2B sales within service supply chain
- Proven ability to grow enterprise accounts through consultative engagement
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
